David is responsible for overall company operations and leads our marketing and sales activity. David has spent the majority of his career working with companies on process improvement and software implementations in accounting, budgeting and forecasting, procurement, and supply base management.
David holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and B.S. in Civil Engineering from Lafayette College.
Vice President and Co-founder
Nancy Fliss leads our implementation, customer success, and support operations. Nancy is a seasoned software and services executive with more than twenty five years of experience delivering solutions to customers, and directly managing accounts at some of the largest global organizations. Nancy’s career has focused on helping high-growth companies scale by building professional services teams that understand the importance of delivering predictable results.
Nancy received a BS in Human Development from Cornell University and an MBA from Baruch College. She is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma, the Business Education Honors Society.
Vice President and Co-founder
Andrea Low leads our accounting outsourcing practice and is the company’s CFO. Andrea brings over twenty years of experience in accounting and finance to Leap the Pond. She has spent the majority of her career helping emerging and high-growth companies set up the proper infrastructure and control to effectively manage their business, perform due diligence for acquisitions, and manage critical aspects of human resources.
Andrea received her BA in Accounting from Simmons College.
Senior Consultant (Contractor)
Bill began his career in public accounting before taking on an internal audit role at Apple Computer. Since Apple, Bill has held a variety of accounting and operations positions across a number of industries, including high-tech and not-for-profit.
Bill received a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where he majored in Accounting and Spanish. Bill also attended the International Film School Sydney and enjoys directing and writing.
Customer Support Manager
Jim has over 25 years of experience in accounting and software with over 15 years of customer support experience for various industries including investments, insurance agencies and direct mailing software. Jim received his Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from Adelphi University and an M.S. in Computer Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University with a concentration in Management Information Systems and Information Technology.
Anthony Della Selva
Customer Success Manager
Before joining Leap the Pond, Anthony served in a variety of industries ranging from hedge funds, telecommunications, and higher education, with specializations in financial modeling, financial reporting, budgeting, and cost optimization. Anthony received an M.B.A and B.S. in Finance from Quinnipiac University, where he assisted Athletics head coaches in managing their annual operating expenditures against budget
Anthony lives in Shelton, Connecticut with wife Katie, 5-year-old son Jack, and 2-year-old son Eli.
Debra leads our implementation team. She is responsible for ensuring that the transition from sales to go-live meets every expectation we set for our customers. For more than 25 years, Debra has been working with high-growth companies to drive productivity improvements through a combination of process change and ERP implementations. A successful entrepreneur, Debra built up a Sage MAS business that she sold to Net@Work.
Debra received a BA in Mathematics from Clark University and an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business.
Diane has over 30 years of experience in accounting – both as a practitioner and as a software implementer. She has unparalleled experience working with global companies addressing their needs around consolidations and reporting.
Diane received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Fairfield University.
Kate is responsible for managing our marketing campaigns and events. She leverages her 15 years of experience spanning multiple industries, as diversified as: security, software, home décor, and publishing. She brings the best practices of those organizations and a forward-thinking marketing approach to Leap the Pond.
Kate has a BA in Graphic Design from Colby-Sawyer College and an MBA in Marketing from Keller Graduate School.
Tom is responsible for leading our sales activity with broad experience in accounting operations, product management, and business process outsourcing. Tom brings to Leap the Pond a keen understanding of SaaS and third-party software integrations. He has consulted with Fortune 1,000 companies designing software and process solutions. His most recent experiences were at Smyyth, Accenture, and SunGard.
Tom holds an MBA and BBA from Pace University.
Sarah has more than seven years of accounting and accounting software implementation experience. Before joining Leap the Pond, Sarah assisted the controller of a leading designer and manufacturer of racing shells and then served as a staff accountant for the nation’s leading staffing agency for digital creative and technology talent.
Sarah received a B.A. in Accounting from Liberty University after transferring from University of Tulsa where she was on the Women’s Rowing Team.
Carla is responsible for Leap the Pond’s marketing activities and providing our prospects with the information that they need to help make an informed decision about Leap the Pond and Sage Intacct. So if you got an email from us, chances are that Carla did the research on your company and thought there might be a potential fit!
Carla received her B.S. in Business Administration and Management from Post University while working full-time to earn her degree.
Senior Consultant and Pre-sales
Lesley brings more than 30 years experience to Leap the Pond, combining audit, business management, and accounting software implementation. As a result, Lesley is able to listen to her clients requirements and model the optimal solution.
Lesley received an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a B.A. in Economics from Williams College. She formerly held her C.P.A. from the State of New York.
Mickey has more than 30 years of experience in accounting, accounting operations, and accounting systems. He started his career on the West Coast in public accounting and then took on accounting management positions for two large, global organizations – one in the shipping industry and the other in the retail industry where he served as Senior Director – International Finance and International Controller.
Mickey received a B.S. in Accounting from Syracuse University.
Ginger has more than 15 years in the accounting and software field. Before joining Leap the Pond, Ginger was the controller of a commercial office furniture dealership. Ginger has had the unique experience of working in many diverse fields such as manufacturing, retail, the arts and software development. Ginger has a passion for problem solving and helping clients become more efficient through business process.
Ginger received a BA of Science in Business Accounting from the University of Phoenix
Karen brings more than 30 years’ experience in ERP implementation and service leadership to her role at Leap the Pond.
She has worked with clients implementing systems in industry segments that include distribution, warehousing, manufacturing, logistics and funds management. Functionally, she has experience in project management, product management, implementation consulting, solutions architecture and services and support management. She has a deep understanding of business process and change management concerns.
Karen graduated with a BA in Speech Communication and a minor in Business from Penn State University.
Kimberly is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Leap the Pond, as well as provide assistance for IAP customers.
Kimberly received an Associates in Accounting from Naugatuck Valley Community College and a BBA in Accounting from Western Connecticut State University.
Joy has been involved in enterprise software and financial planning for more than 30 years. She has worked for software companies as a financial planner, product manager, consultant, and engagement manager across a variety of verticals – budgeting and forecasting, financial ERP, and employee expense management.
Joy received a B.S. in Management Science from the University of Rhode Island and an M.B.A in Finance from Bentley University.
